Multi-channel MicroAir models

MultiAir and Dual MicroAir units for multilumen tubing

For multiple lumens (holes) applications, our multiair units can supply pressure inside each pin in the center of die to produce the number of lumens necessary.  Our MicroAir I and MicroAir II models are available in Dual and  3-channel.  Our MicroAir IV model is available in Dual, 3-channel  and 4-channels in a single stainless steel enclosure. The unit has one air inlet but each channel has its own outlet.  Each channel can have a different range and internal connections.  They can each have their own digital display and output option. When making multi-lumen tubing each internal lumen must be accurately controlled.  Separate air-pressure control for each lumen can by achieved by using air injection needles with a low-pressure regulator “MicroAir”.

Air Input: The air inlet is connected to normal factory air which has been regulated down to the 55 – 65 psi range.
